Practical Self Defense for Women
In this 4 week course, designed exclusively for women, you will learn how to defend the most common types of attacks. Everyone starts together and learns together in a safe, encouraging environment.
Class Schedule-Saturdays from 9am to 10am
Week 1: Striking for self-defense, defending chokes.
Week 2: Defending grabs and bear hugs.
Week 3: Fighting on the ground.
Week 4: Putting it all together, drills and skills.
